Where is the studio located?
4A Vectis Avenue, Kgn 6 ( cream coloured apartment at dead end off of Sandy Park Lane or Kings House Ave).
Do I need experience?
Our 'Intro to Yoga' classes are specifically designed for those new to yoga. Instructors provide clear guidance and modifications to help you build confidence and learn the fundamentals at your own pace.
What do I need to bring?
Wear comfy clothes, and bring a yoga mat if you have one! You can also rent a yoga mat for JMD$500
Cancellation Policy
- If you are going to cancel a class at least 24 hours notice is required
- If class in cancelled with proper notice - class payment can be transferred to next class (must be redeemed within 7 days)
- If class in cancelled without notice there will be no opportunity to reschedule and initial payment will not be refunded nor transferred to class credit
- In cases where absenteeism is resultant from unavoidable/ unforeseen circumstances. Discretions will apply on a case by case basis.
